By accessing or using Jev Fit + Builder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use this service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Jev Fit + Builder is a developer tool that analyzes AI workflows to determine where Jev fits, and generates editable Decision Specs and code templates. It does not run Jev on your behalf. It does not manage Jev API keys. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by TypeSafe AI. Jev is a product of TypeSafe AI and is currently in Early Access.
You sign in using Google OAuth. We collect only your email address and a Google-provided identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Guests receive one free analysis per day. Signed-in users receive three free analyses per day. Free credits reset daily at 00:00 UTC. Additional analyses require one-time Analysis Credits, purchased via PayPal. Purchased credits never expire. Credits are consumed in FIFO order: free daily credits first, then oldest purchased pack, then newer packs. All packs include the same features — they differ only in the number of analyses.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for illegal purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service; (c) abuse, overload, or disrupt the service; (d) submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes intellectual property; (e) create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits; (f) resell or redistribute credits or analyses.
You retain ownership of the prompts and workflows you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit your content. Your content is not stored on our servers — it is sent to our AI provider for processing and held only in your browser session.
The analysis, Decision Specs, and code templates generated by this service are development assistance only. They are not production-ready code. You must review, test, and validate all output before using it in production. Jev is in Early Access and its API may change — always validate against the current TypeSafe AI documentation.
The service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Jev Fit + Builder. Decision Specs and code templates generated from your input are yours to use. Jev, Choice, Noul, Score, and TypeSafe AI are properties of their respective owners. Jev Fit + Builder is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TypeSafe AI.
The service relies on third-party providers: Google (authentication), OpenAI (AI processing), PayPal (payments), and Cloudflare (infrastructure). Each provider's terms and policies apply to their respective services.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI output will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jev Fit + Builder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jev Fit + Builder from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Purchased credits remain valid until used or refunded per the Refund Policy.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Unused credits are refundable within 24 hours of purchase. Used credits are not automatically refundable. See the Refund Policy page for details.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Specific jurisdiction and dispute resolution terms are pending confirmation. Please contact support@jevmodel.co for dispute resolution before pursuing legal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
